Our general terms and conditions:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (Unfortunately, we only accept these for our online store and not in-store.)
- For your protection, we do not store or view any of your credit card information.
- All prices are in US Dollars, and do not include shipping or taxes.
- Unless noted, we ship by UPS and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- If the order is a gift, a gift note can be added at no additional cost. Please email us at order@hmcompanyusa.com
- with your order number, the receipient's address, and your note.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR GELATO or SORBETTO ORDERS:
- We currently only accept online orders for gelato or sorbetto to ship UPS Ground to the following Western states: California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. If you wish to ship an order to another state, please email us at order@hmcompanyusa.com and we will coordinate the order manually after you approve the shipping costs.
- Shipping a frozen product is tricky. We only ship on Tuesdays, so your order must be with us by the previous Saturday midnight for us to churn, pack, and ship it on time. We pack the gelato or sorbetto in a reusable foam chest with dry ice; when you receive it please place it in a freezer immediately! We use UPS two day delivery, so that the chest gets delivered by Thursday.
- Unfortunately neither UPS nor H&M can be responsible for a melted product if no one receives the package in-person upon first delivery. As well, we cannot accept returns of gelato or sorbetto, sorry.
- Please keep track of the UPS tracking number we give you, and please be ready to receive the order in-person. If the order is a gift, please give the gift receipient the UPS tracking number and let them know they need to be ready to receive the order in-person. (They would not want to be surprised with melted gelato or sorbetto on their doorstep!)
